Richard practiced law for 38 years, including more than 30 years as principal outside counsel for the Eastern Overthrust Division of Pennzoil Company and its successors, Devon Energy and East Resources as well as providing substantial counsel to Unocal, Inc., Ashland Oil, Inc., and Quaker State Oil and Gas Refining Corporation and other major and minor participants in the oil and gas business. Richard oversees all matters our clients encounter.
